No. Think of milestones as 'releases' (a time-frame). So it does not
make sense to break the relationship.
If you want to track the completion of a bigger 'feature', please use
requirements or a custom defined type which links to all the user
stories required to implement the feature. That's what Scrum-companies
usually do in that situation :-)
