No, actually we did not change something here. One of the reasons is
that we don't believe that people should be in multiple teams. Having
multiple commitments is hard and you will loose productivity by doing so...
From an agile point of view, *especially* developers should not be in
multiple teams if they are in short supply. :-)
But I don't want to educate you here, I guess you know best what is
appropriate in your situation. However we want to build a Scrum Tool so
please understand we can not support each and every situation...
