I've created a "Backlog view" with "Sprint" scope and, when I try to

You should see a stack trace when this happens. Can you switch to the
plain text view and send us the result?
Also please check if you can access a sprint if its name only contains
'usual characters' like 'abc'. How's your sprint named?
