Not quite sure about the request, but a sprint has no owner, a sprint needs to be assigned to a team. So define a team and assign it to the sprint via the admin/sprints/ manage sprints menu. See also agilo-help/user/sprint
When you are talking about stories or tasks, the owner is set when you assign a user to the story respectively the task. This can be done in the ticket edit pane. See also in agilo-help/user/ticket.
