That dropdown was definitely not built for this number of running 
sprints. As a hot fix, you can patch the source code to display more:
 - Go to the installation location of the Agilo code (if you installed 
   with easy_install, this should
   be /usr/lib/python2.*/site-packages/binary_agilo* )
 - Open agilo/scrum/backlog/web_ui.py
 - In line 107, replace "MAX_ITEMS = 5" by another
   number (e.g. "MAX_ITEMS = 20")

If that doesn't work for you, we've discussed introducing this as a 
configuration option. That way, it is a lot easier to keep the change 
between upgrades.
