Not currently a configuration option. Still, you can get it almost there: Set "sprints_can_start_or_end_on_weekends = True" in the trac.ini file, [agilo-general] section. Then you can change the default capacity of all team members (Admin -> Team) so it's 0 on Friday and Saturday. This way, all the calculations in the tool are correct... only the burndown weekend marking is still wrong unfortunately.
