Hi, I have few custom fields that are text. I want to create a report that filters according to one of these fields, i.e. project. If I want to find all the tickets that their project field is empty/ blank/null, how do i achieve that>
I've added the field filter and I have the following options: contains, doesn't contain, begins with, ends with, is, is not. and a text box. How do I search for all the tickets with empty fields?
