If you could look on the example http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/9282
the 'CC' field is obfuscated.
Once we started using agilo http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/agilo/ticket/170
full email addresses show up to the public.
I would like to point that 'Reported by' and change history works OK!
