I'm still not sure what is causing the commitment to be displayed as 0. As an explanation on the difference of these numbers: The 193 is always calculated live by summing the total team capacity and then reduced by the contingents (e.g. 210 - 17 = 193). The other number (190.7) is stored when you hit confirm commitment. Maybe some developer changed their capacity after you hit confirm?
