We just changed our Agilo (1.3.0.7 running on Trac 0.11.7, Python 2.5) from SQLITE to PostGreSQL to get rid of multitasking problems. PostgreSQL helped for those, but we still have some performance and other minor problems. We are 40+ users and have during the first 4 weeks of using Agilo generated 800+ tickes, had 5 teams in sprint 1, 6 teams in our recently started second sprint.
Yesterday I wanted to check out the closed sprint backlogs in order to reopen a couple of tasks and reassign them to the running sprint. For some of the closed logs I get the following error sporadically: "UnableToLoadObjectError: An error occurred while getting ticket from the database: 'NoneType' object does not support item assignment" Reloading the page seems to remedy these error message and the backlog shows up within reasonable time, i.e. a 5-6 seconds. But one of the backlogs doesn't come up at all. No info in the DEBUG log... Anyone seen this before?
