Not sure if this is your problem, but if I remember correctly, tickets that are not tasks need an outgoing link to something (which makes them a container) to show up in the backlog. Might be worth to check. Apart from that, can you see any JavaScript errors in the console? You might also want to try the steps outlined in our wiki <https://dev.agile42.com/wiki/agilo/users/FindingErrors> to gather additional information.
