That is pretty cool. I'm very happy give you SVN access and review 
patches or discuss ideas -- although Skype/Jabber is easier for this 
kind of discussion.
As you start looking into the code, please start looking at the test 
suite we ship -- you should learn more about how the product works and 
its internal API through the tests. Learn more about the tests here:

If you start writing your own code, please keep in mind we require unit 
tests for all code changes and functional (windmill) tests for new 
features.

I'll send you the document off list. The agreement contains some 
standard clauses regarding patent and code ownership, redistribution, 
etc.

Yes, we're not using that Trac for our day-to-day development anymore, 
but an internal Trac.
