Well, Agilo has the ability to add up to two additional columns to the
Whiteboard since the latest version, so you can give this a try.

To make it work you need to define two additional ticket-states that
represent these columns and then set the extra columns to represent
those states.

Well, you certainly can use a very long sprint and do things this way,
but keep in mind that Agilo was built with sprints in mind that last
between two to four weeks, so you probably want to start new sprints now
and then to prevent Agilo from becoming slower and slower over time.

While Agilo certainly is no Kanban Tool by hearth it might just be
configurable enough to let you achieve your goal.
