I can definitely support the 2 first points made by CKoenig, especially the sorting challenge. I understand that auto-sorting would be difficult while in same time upholding the manual drag&drop functionality. Therefore I suggest both; admin can choose what to use for which backlogs! E.g. one backlog may be auto prioritized by US ROI and other manually.
