Thanks for the info. Re not being able to access agile42.com: I still have the same problem. Firefox says "Waiting for media.agile42.com" both when trying to access the website directly or in Google's cache. I've never dealt with traceroute before but installed a program of that name on Ubuntu and ran "traceroute media.agile42.com" and got this output:
