Ok I was wondering why I couldn't see the message here, I clicked on "Reply to author" instead of "Reply".
I have the same problem, the "New ticket" button disappeared but I managed to access it through: http://localhost/trac/newticket Now I'm back to the original problem, I can't link a Story to a Task even if this has been already setup in the Admin tab.
