Hi there, I know there were already some questions on this topic but I wnat to push it again ;-) As fas as I know it is currently only possible to have burndown charts based on the remaining time. How about calculating the burndown chart based on story points and/or features, too?
Depending on where you "learned" Scrum, people tend to see such a discussion as "holy war" because some prohibit to estimate time, others not. However, we do only estimate our stories and give them story points and we do not set any remaining time to tasks. So our burndown charts looks pretty empty except the ideal line. Folks, how are you doing it? Does everybody add the remaining time or are there others not estimating time but only points? I appreciate all kinds of thoughts on this topic.
