Could you please provide more information about your environment?
One way to do this is to log in to Agilo as with TRAC_ADMIN
privileges and visit the "About Trac" link in the upper right corner.
Then copy the system information table as well as the configuration.
Make sure the configuration does not include any confidential
information, such as passwords (for the database, for instance).
