Hello Lorin,
  Thanks for your quick help. I think you missed the question, may be
my explanation of the issue wasn't prompt. Sorry if I didn't properly
explained it.

I know how to add the relationship in Agilo. But my question is that,
is it a good decision to directly link a bug with an User Story? Or
should it be linked with a Requirement or Task? Additionally, I would
also like to know the best practice for managing bugs in Agile
methodology?
