Thanks, Stefano. Based on your response, I figured out how to do this (Admin -> Agilo -> Teams, click on team members and edit), and it fixed my problem. I think someone else already mentioned that the page for capacity setting erroneously says "hours per day" even when the unit is set as day. Take care, Lorin
