Thanks a lot for pointing out the issue. We are already aware of it, and we are 
tracking it here:
https://dev.agile42.com/ticket/1117

As stated in the ticket description:
"A workaround consists in specifying additional repositories using the trac.ini 
file as described in the Trac documentation: 
http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/0.12/TracRepositoryAdmin";
