I'm having the same problem. I'm using Trac 0.12. I tried the Agilo demo from the Windows installer and the installation from egg for python 2.7 with trac 0.12.
Both having the same issue. The ticket url in the backlog view is generated like "//ticket/42". There is one leading slash too much. Setting "base_url" does not make a difference. Please help.
