This is caused by the css rule that Chris pointed out, which was introduced in one of the last versions in order to fix a bug in the custom ticket query page. I fixed the problem now (was just a matter of adding one more condition to the css rule) and the fix will be available in the next Agilo for Trac version. Thanks for pointing out the issue.
