The problem of supporting different ticket types has some difficulties related to the way the Eclipse Trac connector is built. Basically there is no simple way to tell the connector about the different sets of fields for the different types. This makes it very difficult to estimate how long it will take, and the only thing I can say is that this is one of our top priorities right now.
