I have reproduced all of the conditions above and still I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. Updating the remaining time for a ticket should not cause the page to reload as it causes just a XHR request. You can try and disable all of the third party plugins other than Agilo and check if the problem is fixed. If that is the case, you might be able to identify the conflicting plugin, if any, by re-enabling all of them one by one.
