Hi, I am working on 2 Trac systems for 2 projects. One is with default setting and another is with Agilo for Trac. Agilo for Trac is very good with nice outlook and has supporting for scrum. But today I got 2 enhancement/change requests on TRAC:
1. When we create a new ticket, it has no way to see built-in wikiformat buttons like Bold, Italic, Hyperlink and Image in Description section.. We are only able to see it when editing the ticket. The Trac system with default settings works well in this case. 2. Do we have a way to attach an image file before submitting the ticket? Normally, we want to embed the screenshot directly into Description without sending to many notification to owner. I found a work-around for this but I think it would be great if we could attach the image right at the moment we edit the ticket. It is likely what gmail email composing works, attaching is possible to do in the same time with drafting the email. I am looking for your reply to see if we can step this further. Any pointing to source code (templates or somewhere else, what property..) that I could pay closer my attention to it to try to fix it is also appreciated!
