What exact steps are you interested in? I created a trac environment using trac_admin *myproject* initenv command with MySQL as the database. That worked fine.
Then I set agilo.* = enabled in trac.ini. And did the trac_admin *myproject*upgradecommand and received the error. I created both Postgres and SQLite Agilo projects without any issue. I even attempted to migrate those projects to a MySQL project and they failed with the same error message.
