Thanks for reporting this problem, which is most likely an Agilo bug.
The inconsistent behaviour among sprint chooser and milestone chooser is 
probably due to the fact that the milestone is a trac built-in model, while the 
sprint is added by Agilo. I have filed this issue now and we will work on it as 
soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can disable the date picker for the sprint dates 
altogether by deleting the following lines from this file:

[...]/agilo/scrum/sprint/templates/agilo_sprint_edit.html

19:        $("#start").datetimepicker();
20:        $("#end").datetimepicker();
