I have been able to reproduce this issue, and it's, in fact, a bug, that we
will address in our next update.
Thanks for pointing out the problem.
In the meantime, you can fix the problem on your local installation manually,
if you feel like.
Just replace these lines around line 1521 of agilo/ticket/model.py
result['fields'].pop('i_links')
result['fields'].pop('o_links')
with these:
if 'i_links' in result['fields']:
result['fields'].pop('i_links')
if 'o_links' in result['fields']:
result['fields'].pop('o_links')
