This can be configured in the admin section as described here:
https://agilo.agilofortrac.com/agilo-help/admin/linkadmin

However, this feature has a bug which prevents the status (or other optional 
fields) from being displayed correctly when the user has permissions to edit 
the references for a ticket. I.e. the optional fields are only shown if the 
user doesn't have permissions to edit ticket references, and this is why you 
can see the fields on the screenshot you sent.
