I am using Agilo Open 0.9.14 to create new Task tickets. I would like to create subtasks and task hierarchy.
Is that possible using "References" and "Referenced by" links? How does one create a URL to a referenced ticket? How can I create custom queries for these two fields such as my user name (which shows all tickets reported by me with status accepted, assigned, new or reopened?
