I am looking for a way to have some ticket types have a certain Component default value. Seems there is only a global default value for all ticket types. The specific problem I am trying to solve is to use the announcer plugin to have certain people notified when a certain ticket type is created. Using the announcer plugin allows notification on individual components. If there is another way to notify when a certain ticket type is logged or changed, I would appreciate any ideas?
