all public messages contain at least one game-relevant action}}.Arguments: Consider a CFJ such as CFJ 2069, which asked if a particular message contained at least one game-relevant action. Either the contents of this message affect the outcome of a CFJ such as 2069, or they don't. In the case that the contents do affect the outcome, this means that the publishing of the message itself was a game-relevant action, because it affected the outcome of the CFJ; therefore, whatever the contents of the message, the CFJ is going to be ruled FALSE (i.e. TRUE that there is a game-relevant action), and therefore the contents of the message do not affect the outcome of the CFJ, as it would have the same outcome whatever the contents of the message. This is a contradiction. If the contents of the message don't affect the outcome of the CFJ, this must be because the CFJ would always rule that there is a game-relevant action (because clearly it is possible to file a message with a game-relevant action in). In the case where there are no actions in the message other than its publication, this is also, obviously, a contradiction. Therefore, both TRUE and FALSE lead to a contradiction, thus this CFJ must be judged UNDECIDABLE.
