I cause Rule 2218 to amend itself by appending the text:
ehird CAN act on behalf of Rule 2218 to enact a new Rule by
announcement which includes the title, text, and power of the
new rule.
As authorized by Rule 2218, I act on behalf of Rule 2192 to create a
new Power=1 Rule, titled "Elevators & Lifts" which reads:
ehird CAN cause this rule to amend itself by announcement.
This Rule hereby defines these constraints and conditions on the
validity of ballots: any ballot or vote that meets all of the
following criteria is invalid, and no vote may be valid if it
meets all of the following criteria; these conditions are in
addition to and (as allowed by Rule 683) place further
constraints on the validity of ballots:
(1) The vote is on Proposal 5961.
(2) The vote is not by 0x44, ais523, BobTHJ, comex, ehird, or
Pavitra.
