NoV: comex, for violating Rule 2215 by claiming the above statement is accurate. I contest the NoV, and initiate a criminal case on it, requesting double penalties. Arguments: 1. Attempting to ratify a false fact essentially "misleads" everyone in the game into accepting it as truth or effectiveness. 2.
