BUS: Insanely behind

I am behind by several hundred emails.  I apologize profusely.  But  
it is NOT going to get better for a few weeks.

* I recuse myself from the appeal panel in CFJ 2402b.  If that  
doesn't work, I move to OVERTURN to NOT GUILTY per Goethe's argument.
* I recuse myself from CFJ 2405.
* I withdraw from Brainfuck Joust and the Cookie Jar.
* I resign from Grand Poobah.
* I declare PRESENCE on Props. 6165 - 6167.
* I go On Hold.
See you all in probably 3 weeks.
