realms, I cause the new rule created by proposal 7537 to amend itself to
read:

Notwithstanding rule 2350, any first-class person can also create a
proposal by announcement, specifying the attributes as described in that
rule. (This also adds it to the proposal pool.)
No players other than Fool can register at this time.
Any party with no members is immediately dissolved.
Fool CAN cause this rule to amend itself by announcement, provided he
states that he does so in the name of Davy I, Queen of Agora Nomic, CAT
24, and her other realms.
