I pay the ACU 7 sh. to create 70 bills in my possession. The ACU now owns over a quarter of all Shinies. I’m taking suggestions for how to fix basic income now that I’ve utterly broken it with a money-eater contract. I’m somewhat inclined to allow the ACU to lend Shinies to Agora, starting the process of moving Bills off of the Shiny Standard, but that may be premature, and may be irrelevant if either or both of the economic reform proposal and the draft land game proposal go through.
