Counsellors are respectfully requested to put each new rule submission in a new thread with a distinct title, and limit in-thread replies to discussion of each submission. As this is only for the good of my harried Clerk, whom I suppose can be classified as a person, no style or other penalty will be applied if this is not followed, but I'm sure my Clerk would express what limited degree of gratitude e is capable of.
