I favor CFJ 3653, and intend to assign it to myself Without 3 Objections. I note that I have a conflict of interest, in that I possess (or possessed) land affected by the outcome of the case. I won't hold objections on the basis against anyone; I just want the matter to be resolved. I'm not interested in CFJ 3652.
