Ratifying that the May auction happened as expected benefits the three
winners in the auction (including me), so it's understandable if
someone objects to the below.
I intend, without objection, to ratify the following document.

The most recently initiated zombie auction never ended and is still in
progress. In particular, the resale values of ATMunn, Tcbapo and pikhq
are still equal to what they were just before the auction was
initiated, and all purported bids on that auction that would have been
successful if the auction were in progress were indeed submitted.

(Note: at least two (attempted) bids were placed before 16:24 UTC on
May 7, so making a change at that point in time should be enough to
stop the auto-termination bug.)
