We've talked a lot recently about this, but I figured it was about time
we call a CFJ. I'm not going to provide caller's arguments because a)
it's really challenging to talk about this without chancing sounding
insensitive and b) I can see it going either way.
For the record, most of the discussion regarding this topic took place
in the thread "DIS: Badge Problems", which was originally a part of the
thread "BUS: [Diplonomic 2020] BT3 Intent to Announce Winners, Badge,
and Clean-up".
As far as I remember, the only other discussion took place on Discord,
which is a lot more difficult (though not impossible) to find. If
someone would like, I would be willing to scroll back through the
Discord chat and find where discussion of it took place. (Discord allows
you to link to specific messages, so I would just find the first message
in the discussion and link to that)
