I object - I don't think a minor time missing (that probably wouldn't draw a finger point at all) is suitable/appropriate for RWO as a general principle, it's not reasonable to add a burden to the Arbitor tracking the case, especially as we've gone way out of our way with succumbing and motions to make any penalty avoidable. -G.
