I make the following RtRW submissions (set #2 from me):
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rule 478/41 (Power=3)
Fora

(sorry, missed two in R478 earlier)

ADD
CFJ 3663 (called 24 Sep 2018): Player-introduced (non-rules) jargon may
count as "clear" communication, but must pass various tests of
clarity and usage to be acceptable as a general shorthand.

CFJ 4001 (called 07 Nov 2022): For an announcement to be clear and
unambiguous, any conditionals it contains must be determinate at the
time it is made. Conditionals that depend on future state do not
    meet this standard.
[My first instinct is this one belongs in R478 because it's about the
"clear and unambiguous" standard, but this also may belong with R2518
(Determinacy)?]

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rule 2139/17 (Power=2)
The Registrar

ADD
CFJ 3467 (called 10 Nov 2016): Community standards such as text
character set may limit a person's ability to freely choose eir own
    nickname.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rule 1789/11 (Power=3)
Cantus Cygneus

ADD
CFJ 2953 (called 29 Dec 2010): A Cantus Cygneus CAN be submitted "to
the Registrar" even if the office is vacant.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rule 2509/2 (Power=2)
Agoran Numbers

(big flex here call Terence Tao)

ADD
CFJ 3895 (called 25 Jan 2021): Zero is a natural number.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rule 2125/13 (Power=3)
Regulated Actions

(If CFJs are meant to be in numerical order in the annotations, 3869 is
out of order. Searched case archive on 2125, mentioned a lot, but
didn't notice anything key/central not already annotated).

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rule 2505/1 (Power=1)
Random Choices

ADD
CFJ 3925 (called 31 Aug 2021): If a random choice is required within
a given week, it can't be chosen before that week begins.

CFJ 4007 (called 13 Feb 2023): The "final probability distribution" of
a random selection is the result of a multistep process that is only
considered "final" when the selection is used for the associated
    action.
[Maybe wait on this one in case pending legislation substantially
changes it?]
