     yes           -> Quazie voted AGAINST, VI = 3/4, voters = 7
     no            -> Quazie voted FOR, VI = 4/3, voters = 7
     indeterminate -> Quazie did not vote (condition in Rule 2127
                       paragraph 2 was not met), VI = 3/3, voters = 6

Since it's the subject of a CFJ that was not resolved when the voting
period ended, it could not be reasonably determined during the voting period, and so I think it's reasonable to throw the vote out by R2127, regardless of how the CFJ turns out. This might be a good precedent to set.

Presumably it can be determined by the Judge(s) of the CFJ(s)
from information published within the voting period, even if eir
determinations are not made until after the voting period.

What if the CFJ is called:

  * after the start of the voting period?
  * after the conditional vote is cast?
  * five minutes before the end of the voting period?
  * after the end of the voting period? (R2034 limits this to one
      week after the results are announced.)

What if the CFJ is trivial? How do we define "trivial" here?

What if the conditional vote itself is cast ten minutes before the
end of the voting period?

It might be best to resolve these via individual CFJs, and fine-tune
the general precedent over time.
