The proposal pool report format is handled by the proposal pool
database and associated scripts. I'll double-check what's contained
in the script. But beyond that, root may have to modify the database
elements.
I'll also have to check the Ruleset on stalled proposals. Last I
checked, an AI > 1 proposal that was Ordinary was stalled. I've
already edited the scripts to make sure that a proposal submitted
with AI > 1 is set to Democratic, which does save me a step.
Or, of course, you could volunteer to take over as Promotor, eh?
