I think it does really badly by not saying enough on many issues,
and badly again by saying too much on the issues it does cover.
The corporate-style model of identity that it legislates brings problems
that require much more legislation to cope with.  At the same time, by
poorly legislating aspects of the existence of non-natural legal persons
that are currently handled by judicial interpretation, it threatens to
break the concept of legal personhood.

Example: if an agreement that creates a partnership is amended so that it
no longer defines a partnership, under the current system the partnership
ceases to exist.  Under "Formalize Partnerships", it appears that the
partnership continues to exist indefinitely, despite being undefined.
