Hey! I had a perfectly reasonable and valid legal argument to justify the "pretense"! One thing I particularly remember though, it caused an awful lot of argument but never coalesced into any attempt at judgment, even "pseudo" judgment, perhaps some folks felt it was pointless because the judicial rules were in question. It would have been a good idea to try, anyway, if at least to form some consensus around the multitude of "reasonable" interpretations.
