Don't you mean ``to become registered'' or ``to register''?
Otherwise, saying ``root is currently registered'' is the same as
saying ``root currently becomes a player'', which is odd at best.

Amend rule 478 by deleting the sentence
[This definition is not used anywhere.]

This is still something that shouldn't be removed.

Amend rule 991 by replacing "by submitting a Call for Judgement (CFJ)
to the Clerk of the Courts" with "by publishing a Call for Judgement
(CFJ)".

Amend rule 897 by deleting the paragraph that begins "The Clerk of the
Courts shall publish".

This is a Bad Idea.

Amend rule 1794 by appending to item (c) the sentence "A Judicial
Oredr is executed by announcement.".

Speling era.
