Only by spending a larger number of VCs of multiple other colors. In practice, this would involve hiring a confederate, waiting 100 days, having them do the 2-for-1 with you, then spending e.g. 10R 5G 10B to mint another 15W. Other rare colors would be easier, but I'm not convinced that this would be seriously unbalancing.
